The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in collaboration with the Government of Ukraine through the Kyiv Institute for Nuclear Research of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine will organize the Technical Meeting on Lessons Learned from the Russian Research Reactor Fuel Return (RRRFR) Programme. The aim of the meeting is to discuss the present status and the future plans of the RRRFR programme. The meeting will focus on technical, legal, logistical and administrative aspects of planning and performing highly enriched spent fuel shipment from research reactor in RRRFR - participating countries.
The meeting will be held in English and Russian with simultaneous interpretation.
Important date: April 5, 2013. Completed Participation Forms and Grant Application Form (Forms A/m and C) should be sent by this date through the competent official authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority) for transmission to the Scientific Secretary, Mr Sandor Tozser, and the Programme Management Officer, Mr Alexey Ubeev, International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna International Centre, PO Box 100, 1400 Vienna, Austria, via the IAEA’s official fax number (+43 1 26007) or email (Official.Mail@iaea.org).
