1. TWO-PARTICLE LOW-ENERGY PHOTODISINTEGRATION OF THREE-NUCLEON NUCLEI
I. V. Kozlovsky, E. M. Malyarzh, V. K. Tartakovsky
Differential cross section of two-particle photodisintegration of and nuclei are calculated. Both the wave functions of the interpolation model and the proposed wave function of the nucleon-deuteron system constructed by analogy with the Faddeev equations precise solution are used. For both functions the agreement with the experimental data is achieved only for the shape of dependencies. The approximate allowance for the meson exchange currents provides a possibility to fit calculated and experimental cross sections in the magnitude too.
2. Influence of vibration-rotation coupling in a nuclear structure on the neutron-nuclei scattering cross sections
I. E. Kashuba, I. A. Korzh , N. T. Sklyar, T. I. Yakovenko
The dependence of theoretical cross sections of elastic and inelastic neutron scattering on nuclear structure model is studied for the even-even isotopes of selenium. It is shown that the nuclei under investigation may have static deformation while collective vibration motions appear around the deformed soft rotator.
3. Viscosity effects at the nuclear descent from the fission barrier
S. V. Radionov, F. A. Ivanyuk, V. M. Kolomietz, A. G. Magner
We evaluate the temperature at the scission point and the descent time from the saddle to the scission of heated nuclei within the liquid-drop model. We use the classical Lagrange-like equations of motion. The nuclear surface is parametrized by the two-parametric family of the Lawrence shapes. Conservative forces are defined through the free energy of the nucleus. We use the friction tensor derived from the boundary conditions on the nuclear surface and from exact solution of the continuity equation for incompressible and irrotational flow. The scission line is determined from the instability condition of the nuclear shape with respect to the variations of the neck radius. The numerical solution of the dynamical equations is carried out for the nucleus . We have defined the viscosity coefficient from the comparison of the experimental data for the kinetic energy of the fission fragments with computed one. We found a significiant deviation of obtained within our approach from the value of obtained within the standard hydrodynamical model.
4. NEW APPROACH TO HEAVY ION ELASTIC SCATTERING ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION ANALYSIS
The calculation method of summary complete fusion, incomplete fusion, quasifussion and deep inelastic collision sF and total peripheral reaction sD cross sections from heavy-ion elastic scattering angular distribution analysis is developed, which allows to understand sF and sD formation mechanism for strongly as for weakly bound ions. The method provides to calculate quantitative characteristics of fusion enhancement (and corresponding peripheral reactions hindrance) for strongly bound ions and, vise versa, of fusion hindrance (and corresponding peripheral reactions enhancement) for weakly bound ones. Besides, there is possibility to calculate probability distribution of different processes over partial waves, giving much deeper insight into the physics of processes, which take place during two heavy ion collision.
5. Properties of the groundstates of spherical atomic nuclei in the frameworks of the extended Tomas – Fermi method
V. Ju. Denisov, V. A. Nesterov
The characteristics of the groundstates of spherical nuclei has been studied in the frameworks of the extended Tomas - Fermi method. It has been shown that binding energy, rootmeansquare radii and nucleon densities for the b-stable nuclei are in a good agreement with the experimental results. The binding energy, rootmeansquare radii and nucleon densities for the nuclei far from the b-stability line has been calculated as well as for superheavy nuclei. The thickness of the diffusion area for proton, neutron and nuclon density distribution have been calculated also.
6. PECULIARITIES of FISSION OF actinide nuclei FORMED In REACTIONS WITH LIGHT PARTICLES
The analysis of total fission cross-sections for interaction of a-particles with nuclei 232Th, 235U, 236U and 238U in the energy range up to 140 MeV is carried out. The energy dependence of critical value of angular momentum leading to a fissioning system formation for interaction of a- particles with uranium nuclei in a given energy range is obtained. The new approach for description of fission fragment mass distributions of actinide nuclei with accounting of influence of a total angular momentum is offered. The experimental fission fragment mass distributions of nuclei 236U, 239Pu and 240Pu formed in reactions with neutrons, g-quantum, a-particles and spontaneous fission in an excitation energy range up to 30 ÌýÂ are considered within the framework of present approach. The parameters dependence of fragment mass distributions on excitation energy and transferred angular momentum of a fissioning nucleus is obtained.
7. EVALUATION OF THE TEMPORARY CHARACTERISTICS AND THE NUMBER OF THE STEPS OF THE GAMMA-ABSORPTION AND GAMMA-EMISSIONS OF THE RADIOACTIVE NUCLEI IN THEIR DECAY PROCESS
Quantum-mechanical method, which was proposed earlier for the theoretical description of the resonance scattering of the g-quantum, was generalizing with Doppler Effect usage. New algorithm elaborated and equations for the definition of the characteristic functions for the energy distribution, decay probability and decay functions obtained. The calculations have been performed for the concrete case of decay exited nuclei 14Ñ, 40K, 87Rb, 238U and 232Th under room temperature taking into account Doppler’s effect and without it.

The unbound first excited and ground states of 5Li were observed and its parameters were determinated. Coincidence pa-spectrum was fitted by model of the sequential decay 5Li ground and excited states through the a+p channel. The best agreement with the data was obtained assuming the following parameters of ground state: Åap = 2,14 MeV, Ã= 1,30 MeV; and of first excited state: Åap = 4.8 MeV, Ã= 2,0 MeV.

From the data analysis within the framework of the optical model and coupled reaction model the channel parameters of Woods-Saxon optical potential and 12C deformation parameter were found, which provide satisfactory description of the 12C+12C scattering angular distributions. The energy dependence of the optical model parameters for the 12C + 12C interactions was studied.

M. V. Burmistr, O. A. Vasilkevich, P. G. Ivanitsky, V. V. Klepko, I. O. Korzh, V. T. Krotenko, V. I. Slisenko, K. M. Sukhy, V. V. Shilov
Dynamical processes in polyvinyl chloride systems with contents of 20 % pure propylene carbonate and LiClO4 solution in propylene carbonate were studied by means of the slow neutron quasi-elastic scattering method. It is found that in a salt solution compared to a pure propylene carbonate the contribution DF from single particle motions in the total diffusion coefficient does not alter, while contribution DL ensured by the motion of Lagrange particles grows considerably. Possible version of the charge transfer mechanism in the system “polyvinylchloride + propylene carbonate + salt” is proposed.

The effective absorption length is calculated. It is shown that for the thermonuclear plasma the effective absorption length is of the same scale as plasma dimension that ensures effective dissipation of the HF pump power.
21. ION ASSISTED ETCHING: INFLUENCE OF THE ION CHARGE SIGN
The relative influence of the ions of different signs on the ion-assisted etching of silicon is under investigation. The fluorine radicals are produced by the direct current glow discharge with pressure gradient. The beam of positive or negative ions is produced by PIG source. The flows of radicals and ion beam are met on the surface of the silicon placed in high vacuum. The positive ions can be converted into the fast neutral atoms by method of resonance exchanging in an own gas. It is shown that the fast neutral atoms have the highest stimulating ability. The catalytic influence of the positive ions is in two times less. The negative ions have the intermediate parameters. It is found that some kinds of ions (for example, molecular oxygen) decelerate the etching that is they behave itself like an inhibitor.
22. the effect of the electron beam initial modulation degree on the evolution within the barrier of the space charge wave performing its transillumination
N. O. Boyko, D. B. Palets, L. I. Romanyuk
The effect of the initial modulation level of electron beam on evolution within the barrier of the space charge wave created in the beam by this modulation is studied experimentally. The character of this evolution is found to change provided a certain level of initial beam modulation is exceeded. This is ascribed to nonlinear processes of the artificially created and intrinsic space charge waves interaction with plasma electrons and their concurrence.

During the field experiments was established, that the shells of dead bivalves can additionally accumulate 137Cs and 90Sr from water. It was also established that 90Sr is basically accumulated. Radionuclids’ accumulation intensity by shells is related to specific shells surface area. It is expected, that this phenomenon is related to the adsorption processes of given radionuclids on the shells nacreous layer interior surface.
