Accommodation

The Meeting will be held in “Aquamarine” hotel in Sevastopol (11 Parkovaya str., Sevastopol, Ukraine, 99057), Crimea peninsula, and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has reserved rooms for the participants in this hotel. Please read the Presentation of the hotel, take a virtual tour, see video.

The following rooms are reserved for the participants of the Meeting:
 
Superior King (42 sq.m.) (daily rate 1125 UAH for 1 person, 1425 UAH for 2 persons);
Superior Twin (42 sq.m.) (daily rate 1125 UAH for 1 person, 1425 UAH for 2 persons);
Premier Suite (71 sq.m.) (daily rate 2025 UAH for 1 person, 2325 UAH for 2 persons).

Reservations should be done before May 17, 2013. Check-in time is after 14:00, check-out time is before 12:00.

Accommodation rate includes:
- buffet breakfast;
- indoor and outdoor swimming pools (with area for children), Jacuzzi;
- saunas complex/centre : steam rooms, Finish sauna, hammam;
- gym;
- free consultations of doctors and specialists (by advanced registration at Medical SPA centre);
- wi-fi in public areas and wired Internet in the rooms;
- satellite TV;
- Aquapark 50% discount;
- private beach;
- secured parking and luggage carrying;
- taxes.

There are two more options for accommodation – hotels “Dolphin” and “Ukraine”. In this case, the participant should reserve a room by her/himself and notify the Secretary of LOC by e-mail (interdep@kinr.kiev.ua). In order to get to the Conference site the participants living in the hotels “Dolphin and “Ukraine” will have to use a taxi or public transportation.
