Final version of Agenda as of June 7.

Dear Meeting Participants,

As you can see - due to organisational reasons -  the plenary meeting on Wednesday morning will start with Session 3 (Country Reports), but from Wednesday afternoon the meeting will continue in the traditional sessions’ order.
 

Request to the speakers:

Your time frame is indicated in the Agenda. You can speak in Russian or English as we will have interpreters. Please prepare your PowerPoint presentation in ppt, pptx or pdf format in English and please bring it with you in a memory stick. The local technicians will upload it to the meeting computer during the registration. To support the technicians’ work I suggest you starting your file name with your presentation number, like e.g.: S6-9_Tozser Summary.ppt.
