Final List of Participants as of June 7.

Participation is solicited from Member States with research reactor operating organizations and regulatory bodies involved in the return shipment of fresh and irradiated Russian-origin research reactor HEU and LEU fuel to the country of origin (Russian Federation): Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Libya, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, United States of America, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam.

The participants should be senior professional staff members or managers of research reactor operating organizations or regulatory bodies directly involved in the RRRFR Programme.

Completed Participation Forms and Grant Application Form (Forms A/m and C) should be sent through the competent official authority (Ministry of Foreign Affairs or National Atomic Energy Authority) for transmission to the Scientific Secretary, Mr Sandor Tozser, and the Programme Management Officer, Mr Alexey Ubeev, International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna International Centre, PO Box 100, 1400 Vienna, Austria, via the IAEA’s official fax number (+43 1 26007) or email Official.Mail@iaea.org, not later than April 5, 2013. Designations received after that date or which have not been routed through the established official channels cannot be considered. The official invitations will be sent to the participants only after obtaining the IAEA nominations.

Participants are also advised that they might require a valid passport and visa for entry into Ukraine. It would be advisable to begin immediate preparation of travel arrangements and necessary authorizations. Please advise the  Secretary of LOC as soon as possible if a formal invitation letter is needed in order to facilitate your visa application. We request that participants apply for visas in a timely manner. Accordingly, the following details must be forwarded to the Secretary of LOC Mrs. Oksana Grygorenko as soon as possible after the IAEA nomination:
