Deadlines:
April 19 – Nominations. The original date (April 5) is extended to April 19. It is expected that all nominations (Forms A/m and C) sent back to the IAEA through official channels (via national liaison officers) will arrive to the IAEA by this date. The official invitations will be sent to the participants only after obtaining the IAEA nominations.

May 3 – Submittal of presentation: The speakers are requested to submit the abstract of their proposed presentation at their earliest convenience, but no later than the 3rd of May 2013 directly to the Scientific Secretary: S.Tozser@iaea.org. Please use for submittal the templates of Abstract and Speaker Biography (see them on “Abstract info” page).

May 17 – Submittal of Accommodation Forms (see  “Accommodation” page).
